Its a wrap on this x3m, since old rack wasnt even from this car; it was actually frankensteined from two different cars. Cost to rebuild it, even if it was possible; was as close as new rack.
After securing few hundred pound discount on new, it was fitment day on Sunday with new control arms. However tie rods were not original, so it was wait till today for correct tie rods to come.
New rack programmed, steering angle done + other processes; and this car is finally back on road.
